Software License for Fakeanoid from Pixel Perfect Productions

1. This product may not be modified or reverse-engineered in any way, shape or form without the express written permission of Pixel Perfect Productions.

2. Pixel Perfect Productions assumes no liability for the consequences of using this program, including, but not limited to, damages related to the use or misuse of this product.

3. The demonstration version of this product (10 levels) may be redistributed anywhere in the world, in any form, provided that it is made clear that the version being made available is a demonstration version (i.e. if placed on a compilation CD, make sure that it is clear on the listing of the CD's contents that the version of Fakeanoid provided is a demonstration version only, and that additional charges will apply if the user wishes to register it).

4. If you decide to redistribute Fakeanoid, you will provide relevant contact information so that anyone who obtains a copy of Fakeanoid from you knows how and where to register to obtain the full version of the software.

5. Should you decide to register Fakeanoid, you agree that you will not redistribute the software key provided to you in any way, shape or form. Your license gives you, and anyone using ONLY YOUR COMPUTER the ability to play all of the levels in the game. Should you require additional licenses for friends, family, etc. you will purchase individual licenses for those purposes.

6. If your license key becomes compromised in any way, shape or form, you are aware that your license key will be invalidated immediately, and there will be no reimbursement for any fees incurred to obtain the license key.

7. You are aware that you could be held liable under various criminal and civil statutes should you decide to share your key with anyone. Your software key is like a bank code PIN number, DO NOT SHARE IT WITH ANYONE!

8. You understand that any proceeds from this product are being used solely for the purpose of clothing and feeding my first born child, and that should you decide to pirate it you will quite literally be taking food from the mouth of a helpless baby.
